Meet Jessica Fonzi, LCSW & Formally Trained IFS Practitioner

Warm introduction detailing the IFS parts-work model and your global time zone framework.

About Me

Life often feels like an internal tug-of-war. One part of you strives for growth, while another holds you back. You might feel overwhelmed by self-criticism, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected from your true potential.

Healing begins when we stop fighting ourselves. I am here to help you move from internal conflict to lasting inner harmony.

My Approach

I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS), having completed both Level 1 and Level 2 IFS training.

This transformative, evidence-based approach views the mind as a system of semi-autonomous parts that can thrive when you cultivate your inner most self, the core of who you truly are.

Together, we will not try to force change or eliminate the parts of you that struggle. Instead, we will meet them with curiosity and compassion.

By unburdening old wounds and calming your nervous system, you can step into a deeply aligned, Self-led life.

My Story

From Center Stage to Global Practice

My path to becoming a therapist was neither linear nor conventional. Before entering the mental health field, I was a professional opera singer and performer in New York City. Transitioning away from the stage and reshaping my identity taught me a profound lesson, I personally deeply understand the challenges of building a life without a manual.

For the last 10 years, I have lived in East Africa with my family,  supporting a diverse, global clientele. Living and working cross-culturally gives me a unique understanding of the complex personal, professional, and cultural stressors of modern life. By combining advanced clinical training with a warm, non-judgmental virtual space, I provide highly effective, deeply compassionate care no matter where you are located in the world.
